Terms of Use
Welcome to Mandala Me ("the app", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. License to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Mandala Me on devices you own or control, for your own personal and creative use, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store rules.
2. Your creations
The mandalas you design in the app are yours. You are free to save, print, color, share, and use them for personal or commercial purposes. We claim no ownership over the artwork you create.
3. Our content
The app itself — including its name, design, interface, built-in shapes, patterns, and other art assets provided by us — is owned by Mandala Me and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use these built-in assets within your own mandala creations, but you may not extract, redistribute, or resell the app's built-in assets on their own, or copy the app.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
- Do not interfere with the app's normal operation or security.
5. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what limited, anonymous data we collect to improve the app.
6. "As is" — no warranty
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mandala Me and its makers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using the app.
8. Changes to the app and to these Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply to you.
